General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal basis for the operation of the hbeje platform and all related services. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between the user ("you") and hbeje.

hbeje is an online gaming platform that provides slots, casino games, sports betting, and other entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Verification

hbeje may conduct identity verification (KYC) processes at any time to ensure security. As part of this, you may be asked to submit a copy of your national identity card, passport, or driving licence, proof of address, and proof of ownership of your payment method.

3.2 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details confidential. Use a strong password and never share it with a third party. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

hbeje reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for reasonable cause. This includes: breach of Terms, suspicion of fraud, fraudulent activity, or security risk.

Deposits and Withdrawals

hbeje ensures secure transactions through established mobile banking and banking channels in Bangladesh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on hbeje are currently available through the following methods:

• Nagad — Digital financial service of the Postal Department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking
• Upay — UCB's digital payment service

4.2 Limits and Timeframes

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (per method)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawal Processing Time: 30 minutes to 3 hours

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. The method used for withdrawal must be consistent with the deposit method, which is required for anti-money laundering purposes. hbeje reserves the right to delay the withdrawal process until verification is complete.

Bonuses and Promotions

hbeje regularly offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the following terms carefully before accepting these offers.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. Or if you deposit ৳6,000 you will receive a ৳5,000 bonus as per the bonus cap and your total balance will be ৳11,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement applies to each bonus. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after ৳20,000 in bets.

5.3 General Conditions for Bonus Use

• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings after wagering is complete are eligible for withdrawal.
• In the event of bonus abuse or fraudulent use, hbeje reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Different conditions may apply to wagering bonuses on specific games; check the individual terms of each offer.
• hbeje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

Gaming Rules

All games available on hbeje are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Each game has its own rules and these can be found in detail within the game interface.

6.1 Game Results and Fairness

All games on hbeje use a provably fair Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that the outcome of every game is completely independent and unbiased.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the case of an incomplete game round due to software or hardware error, hbeje will take reasonable measures. Claims for winnings resulting from a technical error may not be honoured.

6.3 Disconnection

hbeje is not responsible for losses in a game due to internet disconnection. Contact the support team to review game history.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbeje platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using multiple identities for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in game code or systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding or conspiring with other players.
• Using an account for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to break the platform's security systems.
• Creating or operating an account using false information.

If any of the above prohibited activities are suspected, hbeje may suspend the account, seize all balances, and notify the relevant authorities.
